Orders placed after the cut-off dates will not be delivered until January 2026.

Manufacture / despatch
The current despatch time is: 12-14 days
The despatch time refers to the time from when we receive your payment to when it is despatched. It can vary according to demand and stock levels.

- The delivery time refers to the time it takes for the courier to deliver your order to your address.

South East Queensland delivery
Spacemaker Wardrobes is based on the Gold Coast in South East Queensland. All orders placed in South East Queensland are delivered directly by the Spacemaker Wardrobes team.
SEQ delivery terms
- Deliveries in South East Queensland are supplied unpackaged;
- Local delveries in South East Queensland are made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only.
Access and delivery constraints
Please check the following access requirements before placing your order:
- We deliver to SEQ postal addresses that normally receive Australia Post mail.
- Orders are delivered by a truck with a hydraulic tailgate; adequate truck access is required.
- For steep driveways, delivery is to the foot of the driveway.
- Homes on narrow streets are not eligible for home delivery.
- If home delivery isn’t possible, your order will be sent to the nearest courier depot for pickup.

Australia‑wide delivery
Depot Collection Only
For all Australia-wide deliveries (outside South East Queensland), we deliver exclusively to Bigpost Depots. You will need to collect your order from your selected depot.
Our Delivery Partner: Bigpost
We have partnered with Bigpost to offer reliable and cost-effective delivery across Australia. Bigpost specialises in handling large and bulky items.
How it works
When you checkout, simply enter your address and choose the nearest Bigpost Depot from the available list. We will ship your order there for you to collect.
Packaging
- Your order will be supplied packaged and delivered to your nearest Bigpost depot;
- Your order leaves our workshop in perfect condition. When you pick up your order from the depot, please examine the packaging and check for any damage. If you do find damage, please do not accept delivery and contact us as soon as possible.

Tracking your order
Our delivery partner, Bigpost, will communicate with you throughout the entire delivery process. Your will receive email and SMS updates / notifications, including a link to track the progress of your order.

What to bring when collecting
When your order arrives at the depot, you will be notified. Please bring photo ID and your order reference number. Ensure you have a vehicle suitable for transporting your items.

South East Queensland Delivery (Local)
- Someone must be present to accept delivery of your order and sign proof of delivery (POD). Goods will not be left at an unattended address, and a re-delivery charge may be applicable;
- The driver will only deliver to the front door/access point of the premises;
- We only deliver to home addresses in Australia that normally receive Australia Post mail.
Australia-wide Delivery (Bigpost Depot Collection)
- Your order will be shipped to your selected Bigpost Depot for collection;
- You are responsible for collecting your order from the depot. Please ensure you have a vehicle suitable for transporting your items (e.g., ute, van, or trailer);
- You must bring valid Photo ID and your Order Reference Number to collect your goods;
- Please inspect your package for any damage before signing for it. If you find any damage, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately;
- Orders must be collected promptly after notification to avoid potential storage fees from the depot.
